Shipping Restrictions

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories or any international destination. Orders placed with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge due to carrier rates. If a surcharge applies to your order, we will notify you before processing and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

Geographic Product Restrictions

Certain products are subject to state and local regulations. At this time, we are unable to sell or ship restricted items to the state of California. Products marked “Restricted – No CA” are not available for purchase by California residents. Users are responsible for ensuring that any products they order are legal to purchase and possess in their jurisdiction.

Export Controls

Price matching is offered at the sole discretion of Dirigo Dispatch. We do not price match retailers located outside the contiguous United States. Submission of a price match request does not guarantee a match will be honored.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be submitted to help@dirigodispatch.co. While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or been picked up by a carrier.

Right to Refuse Service

Dirigo Dispatch reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or sale at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to orders from customers who have initiated fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or who have violated these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to deny future sales to any individual or entity for any lawful reason.

Fulfillment & Order Delays

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from different distribution partners depending on product availability. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order, each with its own tracking number. In the event of a delay or backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated lead time. You will have the option to cancel for a full refund if the delay is not acceptable.

Pricing & Inventory Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product pricing and inventory levels are accurate. In the event of a pricing or inventory error, Dirigo Dispatch reserves the right to cancel or adjust the affected order. Customers will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to complete the purchase at the corrected price.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable law. Maine residents will see applicable state sales tax applied at checkout. No sales tax is implied or collected for orders shipped outside the state of Maine unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are not accepted on items procured from vendors located outside the contiguous United States. For all other items, you may initiate a return request within 30 days of the date you received your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a standard return. Items in any other condition are subject to our discretion.
• Return Shipping & Restocking Fee: You are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee on qualifying returns.
• Our Errors: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, the 30-day window and restocking fee do not apply. Email help@dirigodispatch.co and we will resolve it promptly.

Charitable Donations

From time to time, Dirigo Dispatch may facilitate fundraising on behalf of third-party charitable organizations. Any donations collected in this manner are made voluntarily and are non-refundable. Dirigo Dispatch LLC is a for-profit entity — donations collected through our store are not tax deductible unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of collection.
